SHIPPING
- All orders are handmade and shipped in 1-7 business days, in the order they were received.  
- Each item is hand cleaned/disinfected before packaged in a bubblewrap insulated envelope.  
- We ship using USPS First Class Mail. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an automated email confirmation, followed by an email from us with tracking information once your order ships.   
- We are not responsible for any items that are mis-delivered or undelivered.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
- No refunds, only exchanges up to 10 days after you receive your purchase.

- We understand online shopping can sometimes be tricky. If  for any reason you are unhappy with your order, or simply changed your mind, please contact us immediately and we will do our absolute best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

- Email us at info@purposerosa.com to arrange an exchange, as we are unable to accept returned packages without prior confirmation.

- In the event of an exchange, we regret that the return shipping fee is at your, the customer’s, expense. Please ensure sufficient postage is paid for your return, as we are unable to accept packages that do not carry the correct postage. We recommend when returning an item, to send it with confirmation delivery as we cannot issue a refund or exchange in the event of loss or damage in transit.

- It is only upon receipt of the returned goods that an exchange shall take place.

PRODUCT CARE:
- We work extremely hard to ensure quality and comfort in each and every item ordered, no matter what material it is made out of.
- We test our products for durability and wrap each piece in bubblewrap and additional wrapping paper to ensure that it arrives to you safely.
- Our pieces are made with repurposed and often delicate materials, please handle with care.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
- If you recieved a broken or damaged item simply return the item in the condition you recieved it and we will replace it within 10 days, no questions asked.

If you had your eye on an item that is now out of stock online and wanted to place an order, don't panic! We will do our best to restock it. Contact us at info@purposerosa.com explaining which item you want to purchase and we will email you once stock has been replenished.

- Since we are a small independent business and each item is handmade, we cannot guarantee each product will be back in store.

- Each and every one of our items is handmade, therefore yours will vary slightly from the image shown on this site. No one else in the world will have the same exact piece as you. Doesn't that feel great?
